SoulChart is not a licensed fortune-telling, counseling, financial, or medical service. AI interpretations are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

• Paid reports (Basic, Full) are delivered as digital content via a unique report URL.
• Refund requests within 7 days of purchase are honored if the report was not accessed.
• USDT payments are non-refundable once on-chain confirmed, except in cases of technical failure on our side.

The SoulChart name, logo, and website content are owned by us. You retain ownership of your personal birth data and may use your reading output for personal purposes. Bulk scraping or resale of generated reports is prohibited.

SoulChart is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI readings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is registered. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
